2) Note:  The due date for HFP Section 2  has been moved up to 2/9 – 2/10 because of the field trip and professional development days next Thurs and Fri.  You still have one week to get your maps done.

Using the map I gave you today.  Complete Time Zone Practice #2 for next class.  We’ll have  the quiz at the end of the week.

Assuming you’ve turned in your HFP Section 1, relax and enjoy the weekend.  (Well, maybe start working on Section 2, if you are bored.)

What would be the effects of living your life on an island like the people of Japan do?  In other words, how would your life be different if CT was an island?  (And don’t just state the obvious like, “I’d be surrounded by water.” )

HFP Section 1 due next class.  Make sure you have 2-4 typed pages and at least three non-Wikipedia sources on your reference page.
